All the continuing education courses were created by JT Home Education Centers Inc. These supplemental courses are intended for NYS Licensed Home Inspectors and comply with NYS Home Inspector licensing regulation subpart 197-3.

Each course comes with a certificate of completion which can be used to renew your license if completed within 2 years of license issuance.
